We are Ilse and Sies,
Partners and two people with years of experience, shaped by work, family and everything that life brings us and what comes with it: busyness, responsibility, searching, learning, falling and getting up again.
Ilse is an (orthomolecular) nutritionist and body-oriented lifestyle coach.
Sies is a practical and social support worker at SlowVivre and, in addition to running a B&B, also does freelance work.
Together we bring together knowledge, experience and above all humanity in SlowVivre.
What unites us is the belief that health doesn't start with performance, but with slowing down. That real change happens when you take the time to reflect—on your body, your energy, and your lifestyle.
For us, it's not about having to, improving or optimising.
The point is that you feel the space to slow down, so you can manage your time, energy, and health differently at home. With insights and tools that help you in a way that suits you.
